How do I place an order?

Communication is very critical to ensure your order is done correctly. Therefore, we have not designed our website with a shopping cart. We want to personally communicate with you on your order. Fill out the contact information in the Order Form section as thoroughly as you can and we will contact you regarding your order.

How long will my order take?

Normal production time for most orders is 5-7 working days. Large orders or custom designed pieces can take longer and will be quoted prior to production. Please advise us of your specific event date so we can schedule our production accordingly.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, we have priority service available to meet your unexpected deadlines. Please contact us for availability of inventory and production time. Priority service charges and Express shipping may apply.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our showroom is one of the largest in the area and is located in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

What payment options are available?

We accept credit card payments from Visa and Mastercard or company purchase orders. All orders require pre-payment.

Will I be notified when my order is completed?

Yes, we will email or call you with notification that your order is completed and can be picked up or that it has been shipped.

How do I provide my logo or custom artwork?

You can provide your artwork via email, hard copy, CD-ROM or flash drive. All files must be PC compatible. The quality of your logo on the finished product will be directly related to the quality of the artwork you provide. If the art provided is to be engraved, it must be Black and White Line Art. No  gray-scale or halftones are acceptable for engraving. Files must be vector format (i.e. AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) with all fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths. Raster files (i.e. JPG, BMP, TIF) will be reviewed. Unacceptable formats are Word (.doc), Excel (.xls), Web Graphics, faxes and photocopies. We will notify you if there are any issues with the format or clarity of the artwork.
